Supports the Director of Finance in leading the hotel’s financial strategy and operations, ensures accurate financial reporting, timely closing, insightful analysis, and sound decision-making in support of business performance. Strengthens financial governance, controls, and asset protection, ensures budgets, expenditures, capital investments, cash management, and financial practices adhere to corporate standards and established policies. Oversees statutory, tax, audit, and regulatory compliance, maintains financial integrity and fostering strong relationships with auditors, banking partners, regulatory authorities, and key stakeholders. Leads and develops the Finance team, drives operational efficiency, professional growth, accountability, and a culture of excellence aligned with the standards of luxury hospitality. Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA qualification is an advantage. Minimum of  5 years of progressive experience in Finance or Accounting , preferably with supervisory or managerial exposure in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of  financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, audit, and statutory compliance , with exceptional analytical and decision-making skills. Proficient in  hotel accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications , with excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
