Position Summary

SUNY Ulster, a two-year branch of the State University of New York located ninety miles north of New York City in the Catskill Mountains, is currently accepting applications for an Assistant Director of Accounting. The Assistant Director of Accounting reports to the Associate Dean of Administration Finance and assumes duties in the event of an absence. This position will be responsible for overseeing grant transactions as well as various reconciliation and financial calculations to maintain the college’s financial records. GAAP, GASB, and other regulations must be followed.

An initial starting salary of $61,800 will be commensurate with education, training, and experience per academic year with an excellent benefits package. This position is contingent upon adequate funding.
