About the Role
As our next Assistant Controller, you will report to the Controller or AFM and will be responsible for monthly financial reporting with detailed analyses, standard costing update, capital approval, budget, forecast and strategic planning of the plants. Supporting the Controller for cost reduction project, digitization and automation of financial planning, analysis initiatives and budgeting requirements at the region level.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain financial control and plant performance reporting system (financial statements, KPI’s) in accordance with company policies and procedures and following standardized reporting formats.
- Report weekly and monthly sales by part/platform to senior management.
- Prepare monthly reporting package for senior management which includes financial bridges.
- Prepare monthly variance analysis following standardized reporting format.
- Prepare and maintain Product Line Financials to assess program profitability and gross margin.
- Review and track continuous improvement projects.
- Track capital expenditure budgets using standardized formats and commitments and ensure that expenditure does not exceed authorized levels.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years or above work experience with manufacturing background
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- CPA designation or plans to pursue a CPA designation
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications including Power BI, knowledge of Power Automate
- Detail oriented managing a large amount of data
- Degree of supervision: Self-starter, someone who takes initiative and is able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- ERP - Global experience
- Effective, clear communication skills in a global environment
- Review and track continuous improvement projects.
- Track capital expenditure budgets using standardized formats and commitments and ensure that expenditure does not exceed authorized levels.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with TM1 reporting module
- Background in cost modeling and business analytics
