Overview
Red Coats, Inc. a commercial cleaning service provider is seeking an Assistant Accounts Receivable Manager for its headquarters in Bethesda, MD.
Responsibilities
Assist AR Manager with all daily/monthly recurring AR tasks including but not lmitiled to the following:
- Prepare and distribute Cash Application/Deposit tracking reports
- Prepare/distribute Invoice Upload reports, track upload issues and work towards resolution or escalation
- Research and Resolve Upload issues with our customers 3rd party portals ensuring customer invoices are submitted timely
- Prepare Positive-Pay files and submit them to the bank
- Assist collection specialists as needed
- Assist billing specialists as needed
- Assist cash application specailsts as needed
- Assist with Red Coats Special Billing (30 & 70 Jobs)
- Support special projects, Workday Conversion, and other initiatives or process improvements as needed
Qualifications
- Education: AA or BS in Accounting/Business or similar field is preferred but not required
- Experience (years): 6 months+ experience using Infor Lawson & Infor ISM is required
- Required Work Skills: 1 + years of corporate accounting experience in Accounts Receivable is preferred
- Computer Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Other: Workday experience is a plus, experience using Corrigo, Vendor Cafe, PaymodeX and additional 3rd party payor platforms is preferred
