AR Billing Specialist

Location: Cumming, GA (On-Site)
Salary: Up to $55,000 + Benefits

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented AR Billing Specialist to join their growing team in Cumming. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of accounting responsibilities in a stable, fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in accounts receivable, contract billing, reconciliations, and month-end close while working with a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Review, process, and post customer invoices accurately
• Perform daily accounts receivable transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting, and recording payments
• Process contract billing and maintain customer contract files
• Perform monthly billing and account reconciliations
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close activities
• Prepare reports and account analyses
• Recommend and participate in process improvements
• Complete other accounting and administrative projects as needed

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Accounts Receivable or Billing experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication and customer service skills
