Responsibilities:
- Anticipate and research state and federal changes in wage and hour, and benefits laws (e.g., state minimum wage changes, leave and benefits requirements, and pay requirements).
- Lead compensation programs and changes to those programs.
- Schedule and assist with day-to-day payroll and benefits functions, back-up payroll and benefits during PTO.
- Share payroll and benefits expertise; teach and train.
- Responsible for all tax-related issues and projects.
- Serve as primary ADP contact. Initiate, follow-up and follow-through on all ADP service requests, and escalated or stalled issues; utilize functional representatives (e.g., BRs, PRs) and CAE to move issues through the ADP process timely.
- Utilize Black Box and other compensation tools for market analysis, job pricing, and job analysis.
- Complete all salary surveys in which the company participates.
- Coordinate annual performance review and annual increase processes.
- Responsible for weekly manager scorecard.
- Responsible for monthly and annual bonus programs.
- Responsible for annual compensation statements.
- Responsible for quarterly manager increases.
- Establish relationships and work with benefits and HR vendors.
- Manage tuition reimbursement program.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Other duties as assigned; provide additional support to the overall HR function as necessary.

Minimum Qualfications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and two years’ experience in compensation and payroll, OR EQUIVALENT.
- Expertise in statutory requirements involving compensation, payroll, and benefits, and how they interact.
- Solid HR generalist background.
- Experience in data analysis.
- Mastery of Excel.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS.
- Strong desire to be a part of a great team and to have fun.
