Position Status: Permanent Full-Time
Available: Immediately
Description of the Position:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst, Accounting to join our Finance team. In this role, you will manage the full Accounts Payable process, ensure compliance with internal policies and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and support a variety of accounting, procurement, and reporting activities.

This role will evolve alongside the Finance team’s increasing use of data, automation, and technology to support continuous improvement and strengthen financial insight and controls.

Total Compensation Package:
Hiring Salary Range: $70,056.00$82,418.00; with the ability to progress to a maximum of $98,902.00. To ensure fair and equitable pay at SickKids Foundation, placement on the salary range will be based on your years of experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the Analyst, Accounting. To help you lead in the fight for kids’ health and to support your health, wellness, and career growth, in addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefit package (includes a flex benefit plan), tuition reimbursement, flexible work arrangements, pension plan and birth parent/parental top up – to name a few!

Hours: 35-hour work week with a hybrid schedule (3 days remote, 2 days on-site). Flexible work options are available.
