We are seeking a high-impact Finance Business Partner (FBP) – Americas & USA Day 2 Transition Lead to act as the Americas’ finance lead right-hand partner for Day 2 Go-Live. This role will own end-to-end finance readiness and stabilization for the USA as well as provide Americas support where needed, ensuring a seamless transition to the new ERP and operating model. The individual will operate with a high degree of autonomy, driving decisions, resolving issues cross-functionally, and escalating only when alignment is required. The role combines finance leadership, program delivery, and change execution, spanning design, deployment, and Hypercare.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
End-to-End Day 2 Ownership:
- Lead and own USA finance business partner readiness for Day 2 Go-Live
- Act as single point of accountability for USA FBP deployment
- Drive translation of global deployment into a practical, executable USA roadmap
- Ensure clear ownership, decision rights, and continuity post Go-Live
- Provide weekly executive updates (risks, decisions required, progress vs plan)
- Provide Americas support where needed for America’s finance lead as it relates to master data, testing, etc.
- Proactively identify, assess, and resolve risks, trade-offs, and design gaps
- Make timely, fact-based decisions within agreed guardrails
- Escalate only where cross-market alignment or material risk exists
- Challenge global design where required to ensure USA viability
- Ensure gaps for FP&A and management reporting in the USA have clear solutions
- Own identification and documentation of country-specific exceptions / deviations
- Actively participate in SIT, UAT, Go-Live, & Hypercare for the USA to ensure readiness
- Ensure end-to-end process integrity across finance and cross-functional dependencies
- Act as a strategic cross-functional partner to align Day 2 priorities and execution
- Influence and align senior stakeholders across global and local teams to drive decisions, resolve trade-offs, and maintain deployment momentum
- Navigate stakeholders, balancing global template adherence with local business needs
- Proactively challenge and shape outcomes to ensure practical, executable solutions
- Build strong relationships with SMEs to enable fast issue resolution and accountability
- Drive end-to-end change management for Finance in USA
- Ensure teams understand what is changing and what to stop, start and continue
- Minimize disruption while ensuring full adoption of new processes
- Build capability within the USA team to operate independently post transition
- Own finance stabilization post Go-Live for USA CD finance, marketing finance, overhead finance and FP&A
- Rapidly resolve issues affecting revenue flow, cost capture, and reporting integrity
- Ensure transition from project mode to steady-state operations
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO…
Experience:
- 10–15 years in Finance, with strong business partnering + transformation experience
- Proven experience in ERP deployments / large-scale transformation programs
- Strong influencing skills without formal authority, able to align diverse stakeholders across functions and geographies
- Ability to drive outcomes through collaboration in ambiguous, high-pressure settings
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills to challenge constructively and build trust
- Extensive SAP ERP and finance process experience
- Ability to recognize how global template will impact current local processes
- Skilled at analyzing end‑to‑end deployment processes, identifying cross‑market dependencies, and optimizing for Day 2 readiness and long‑term stability
- Leadership in high pressure environments and ability to align stakeholders behind a common approach
- Ability to mobilize SMEs, influence leaders, and build capability across teams
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 10-15 years in Corporate Finance with strong finance business partnering experience
- Deep understanding of the USA business model in TMICC
- Prior experience in a transformation or deployment environment strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to translate complex finance, ERP, and deployment concepts

Pay: The pay range for this position is $103,000 to $154,400. The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC) takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
