You’ll play a critical role in handling quote requests, sourcing rates, and managing our growing global pipeline of air cargo business. AIR FREIGHT PRICING ANALYST   What the Job Entails:

• Daily Quoting: Respond to and manage quote requests that support our global pipeline of air export business.
• Rate Sourcing: Utilize direct airline contacts, predefined rating tools, and CargoWise to source rates from carriers (road, CFS/CCSF, and air) to ensure competitive pricing and optimal customer value.
• Strategic Thinking: Apply creative thinking and revise work as needed to meet client rate demands.
• Routing Knowledge: Explore and understand the carrier base efficiencies on the routings being offered.
• Operational Support: Handle a high volume of daily activity, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting tight deadlines.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Working knowledge of air cargo operations, including an understanding of direct vs. agent routing.
• Experience with CargoWise is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to think creatively to revise quotes and meet customer needs.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
