- Provide customer service
- Answer and route as appropriate incoming phone calls for district
- Administer unit communications
- Process and distribute mail for district
- Administer routine district correspondence to external agencies
- Monitor and distribute incoming fax correspondence
- Monitor and maintain unit general correspondence directories
- Maintain contact and distribution lists
- Administer requests and deliver boxed documents from Iron Mountain
- Maintain employee equipment inventory
- Filing, data entry, and report tracking
- Backup assistance for unit groups
- Changing CVP mailing addresses
- Mailing CVP forms
- Managing Power of Attorney forms (POA)
- Mailing private rail car and flight property notices
- Scanning Documents for all areas in the district
- Renaming files according to standard naming conventions as appropriate
- Moving files from a Microsoft to Google platform
- Copying and producing student reference materials
- Verify links on the ADOR website for Property Tax related material
- Review and verify accuracy of unit forms
- Develop and review standard work
- Review, compile and store electronic documents in appropriate folder using specified
- standard naming convention
