Accounts Payable 

90 Day Temporary Position

We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Payable person to join us, temporary assignment, to help us clean up the invoice backlog, vendor records, and perform other accounts payable tasks as needed. 

Accounts Payable - Key Responsibilities:  

• Strong experience in Accounts Payables and General Accounting Functions.? 
• Ideal candidate will have Sage Intact & Service Titan experience.?  
• Reconcile statements monthly with applicable vendors.   
• Print checks for vendor payment.?? 
• Monitor and reconcile credit card accounts by statement.   
• Reconcile AP aging with the GL and investigate the variances for adjustments. 
• Assist the accounting team with research variances during the month-end close.   
• Ensure all bills are entered into the system daily and paid in the allocated time set forth by vendors. 
• Analyze and resolve vendor issues/concerns quickly and bring them to your manager’s attention. 
• Review all bills in ST and work with the Purchasing team to correct issues promptly.? 
• Enter all vendor invoices into the system and ensure accurate general ledger code. 
• In office role with Hours 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.??

• Proficient in Excel and familiar with advanced formulas.   
• Good communication skills with other customers and co-workers.   

Accounts Payable - Compensation:  

• Hourly Rate: $19-$20/hour (based on experience)
• Not eligible for benefits under a 90-day temporary position
