Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities

• Import, review and reconcile production reports.
• Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand variances in data and determine errors.
• Assist with deposits and cash application.
• Process payments from clients over the phone.
• Reconcile bank accounts.
• Assist with administrative credit and collection activities.
• Research and respond to client questions related to account and/or invoices.

Requirements:

• Microsoft Office skills required (including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams).
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work onsite in our beautiful Sioux Center, IA location.
• Strong customer service skills.
