Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations: Reconcile daily sales, process deposits, and balance cash, check, and credit card collections.
- Invoicing & Accuracy: Manage account invoices by confirming returns, applying sales tax, calculating shipping, and ensuring PO information is accurate.
- Account Management: Keep accounts up-to-date, ensure prompt pay discounts are applied correctly, and follow all sales tax laws.
- Collections & Communication: Proactively communicate with customers regarding past-due accounts, billing questions, or payment issues.
- Record Keeping: Record day-to-day transactions, complete the posting process, and assist with cash flow reporting.
- Support: Execute other duties as assigned to support the Controller.
