Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain the company's general ledger by entering accounting transactions into QuickBooks.
• Set up new customers and keep customer records updated.
• Prepare customer invoices for deposits, start payments, progress payments, and completion payments.
• Receive customer payments via check, credit card, financing, & ACH.
• Review and follow up on accounts receivable balances via effective communication with sales team and customers.
• Prepare and enter bank deposits and wire transfers.
• Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance and repairs with vendors for all building locations.
• Order and stock general office supplies for all facilities.
• Prepare accounting entries for month-end close.
• Perform general office duties.

We are Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable Specialist, or similar role in finance.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Required competencies include time management, striving for accuracy, and self-motivation.
• Ability to use a computer and standard office equipment such as a telephone and copier.

To Qualify for the role, you must have:

• 4-6 years of accounting experience required.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• A degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
