Accounts Receivable Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts receivable functions including invoicing, cash applications, and collections
• Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding balances
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and customer account issues
• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records
• Support month-end close and reporting activities
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams regarding client billing and shipment activity
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments and documentation
• Maintain professionalism and strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or related accounting experience
• Experience in logistics, distribution, manufacturing, beverage, or wine industry environments preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
