Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialistto join their accounting team. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage a high volume of incoming emails, responding or routing inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Process daily cash receipts, including checks, ACH payments, and credit card transactions
- Verify, post, reconcile, and report customer payments while following up on discrepancies
- Monitor customer credit terms and credit limits
- Process customer invoicing on daily, weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly billing cycles
- Monitor aging accounts and manage customers with balances over 30 days
- Generate and distribute monthly customer Accounts Receivable statements
Qualifications:
- Previous Accounts Receivable experience in a high-volume environment
- Stable work history with demonstrated longevity
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience working with ERP systems; Epicor experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Must be an excellent cultural fit and enjoy working in a collaborative office environment
