Accounts Receivable Specialist

Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialistto join their accounting team. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage a high volume of incoming emails, responding or routing inquiries to the appropriate departments
• Process daily cash receipts, including checks, ACH payments, and credit card transactions
• Verify, post, reconcile, and report customer payments while following up on discrepancies
• Monitor customer credit terms and credit limits
• Process customer invoicing on daily, weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly billing cycles
• Monitor aging accounts and manage customers with balances over 30 days
• Generate and distribute monthly customer Accounts Receivable statements

Qualifications:

• Previous Accounts Receivable experience in a high-volume environment
• Stable work history with demonstrated longevity
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience working with ERP systems; Epicor experience is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Must be an excellent cultural fit and enjoy working in a collaborative office environment
