Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage Good Faith Estimates in accordance with the latest regulations
• Handle pre-service collections with professionalism and empathy
• Keep accurate and detailed records of accounts receivable transactions
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams in both English and Spanish
• Support our financial operations with precise documentation and timely follow-up

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in healthcare accounts receivable and billing
• Strong knowledge of NY Medicare, NY Medicaid, and out-of-network commercial accounts
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with billing software and systems
