Accounts Receivable Manager

Lead Accounts Receivable for Four Seasons Produce, a high-volume, fast-paced fresh produce distributor. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee the full AR function—from collections and credit management to payment application and team development. Schedule: Monday - Friday| 8:00am - 5:00pm

What you get to do 

• Oversee all aspects of Accounts Receivable, including payment application, account reconciliation, collections, and credit management
• Evaluate customer creditworthiness and make sound credit decisions aligned with company policy
• Manage aged receivables, resolve payment issues, and minimize bad debt exposure
• Negotiate payment arrangements and, when necessary, pursue remedies under PACA
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and technology solutions within our JD Edwards (JDE) ERP system
• Lead, coach, and develop the Accounts Receivable team through training, feedback, and daily support
• Prepare reports, analyze key metrics, and recommend improvements to leadership
• Support month-end, year-end, and audit activities

What you bring

• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience in a high-volume environment
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong expertise in collections, credit, and customer account management
• Working knowledge of PACA (Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act) preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; JD Edwards (JDE) experience is a plus
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
