The Accounts Receivable Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Jacksons Companies’ financial operations by ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and account reconciliations. This position is responsible for maintaining data integrity, supporting billing processes, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and drive efficient cash flow. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering accurate work in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry into accounting system Create, process, and verify source documents for accuracy
Review daily EFT settlements Conduct account research and analysis Review and reconcile AR aging reports and resolve discrepancies Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities Identify process improvements and implement best practices Comply with data integrity and security policies Other duties as assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
5+ yrs. of Accounts Receivable experience Knowledge of collections Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products, particularly Excel and Outlook A high degree of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail A history of providing excellent customer service The ability to effectively communicate and work with all levels of the organization Effectiveness in working independently or as a team A pattern of maintaining high accuracy and work efficiency to meet regular deadlines
Physical Requirements: The work may be done in a sitting position with no excessive lifting, pulling, or pushing, and limited twisting, bending, and stooping. While performing the duties of this job, there is required use of hands and fingers to handle or feel objects and controls; reach with hands and arms.
