GENERAL POSITION OVERVIEW Perform daily banking transaction including remote deposit, wire, and check processing. Prepare and maintain daily cash reports and reconciliations. Prepare and extract daily transaction reports. Process daily AP wire payments and A/R Refunds including VIP refunds. Manage and upload daily check transaction for validation by bank system (Positive Pay). Input bank transactions in to SAP system. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES Daily reconciliation and confirmation of A/R receipt data Report Difference on time before closing Monitoring of returned check/wires and notify A/R dept. On time update and report create receipt for company A/R (Freight/ Detention/ Demurrage/ Rebilling/ Other charges) Create and organized daily BANK receipt (Wire/ ACH/ Walk-in Deposit), and create receipt in the system Check and organize daily CHECK from the customer and create receipt in the system Recording of banking transaction in COMPASS and SAP system correctly Management of suspense receipt Management of VIP refund process Verify VIP refund amount with tariff of Service Contract Report verification list & approval documents from HMM portal website to approvers Request VIP refund to Accounting QUALIFICATIONS ESSENTIAL SKILLS Proven working experience as Accounts Receivable and manage outstanding balances and financial records Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets (advanced Excel skills - pivot tables, v lookups) and accounting software (ERP or SAP) Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE College education graduate preferred but not required. Bilingual preferred (Korean) but not required. Preferred at least 2 years of experience in Account Receivable but not required KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES Ability to read, analyze and interpret A/R system data and program Verbal and written communication skills, and good computer aptitude (excel, word, power point, outlook) Ability to work independently and collaborate with surrounding team members ENVIRONMENT / EQUIPMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS Work performed in an office environment where the noise level is moderate. Regularly required to stand, sit, and walk around the office. Frequently required to work on a computer. Occasionally required to use force to lift, push and pull up to 20 pounds. Additional Details: The pay range listed for this position is the anticipated starting salary or wage range, and the final offered rate will be based on individual merit and the relative compensation of employees in similar positions.
