We believe in loyalty, hard work, and Southern hospitality — and we’re looking for an Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist who shares those values. What You’ll Do:
The Accounts Receivable/Collections position is responsible for ensuring the timely deposit and accurate posting of all payments, managing collections of past due accounts, and handling customer inquiries related to billing and account status. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong financial controls and positive customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Ensure daily deposits of all payments received.
Accurately post payments to customer accounts in a timely manner.
Generate and send monthly statements via email or mail.
Set up new customer accounts quickly and accurately.
Manage the collection of delinquent accounts.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding their accounts.
Consistently demonstrate and uphold Home Oil’s Core Values.

What We’re Looking For:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Preferred: Two years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related field.
