We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Clerk to support the full accounts receivable cycle, including customer invoicing, payment application, account reconciliation, and collection activities.

In this key role within the finance team, you will contribute directly to the smooth flow of financial operations while helping maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners. You’ll join a collaborative team that values accountability, teamwork, and efficiency within a growing organization where your contributions truly matter.

What You’ll Do:

• Accounts Payable Management
  • Validate, verify, and process vendor invoices in Microsoft Dynamics AX
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents
  • Process non-PO invoices according to established approval workflows
  • Proactively resolve & process discrepancies 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Work closely with internal teams to support efficient operations
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and operational optimization
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in accounts payable, receivable, accounting, finance, administration, or other relevant professional or educational backgrounds is considered an asset
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• High level of accountability and ownership
• Ability to manage high transaction volumes and prioritize effectively
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with ERP systems
  (Microsoft Dynamics AX is considered an asset)
• Bilingualism (French and English) required to communicate with teams and partners across North America
