Responsibilities include:

• Medicare, Medicaid, insurance, and private pay billing
• Posting payments and adjustments
• Following up on unpaid or denied claims
• Communicating with residents, families, and payers
• Maintaining accurate records and compliance with regulations

Qualifications:

• Prior accounts receivable or healthcare billing experience required
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization
