This job focuses on helping customers with billing questions and collecting overdue payments. You will talk with customers by phone and email, create invoices and payment notices, and work to solve billing issues. The job also includes updating records, preparing reports, and working with other team members to make sure accounts are handled correctly. You will monitor shared inboxes, answer customer questions, and help resolve payment concerns in a professional and friendly way.
