About the Role:
As an Accounts Receivable Clerk you are responsible for:
- Customer Service.
- Working directly with Outside Sales Staff.
- Daily collection calls on assigned accounts.
- Monitoring customer accounts for Non-Payment, late payment, and other Irregularities.
- Researching and resolving payment discrepancies.
- Responding to customer questions and requests.
- Researching and processing charge backs, returns, and bad checks.
- Assisting with Lien filings and joint check agreements.
- Assisting with related special projects (as required).
About You:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organization and time management skills.
- Experience working in JDEdwards.
- Ability to multi-task.
- At Least 1-2 years of related experience.
