We've achieved 100% year-over-year growth since inception and continue to grow our team. We're looking for a confident, organized Accounts Receivable Clerk who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, solve problems, and help keep customer accounts current.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and send customer invoices.
• Process customer payments and maintain accurate records.
• Contact customers regarding outstanding balances.
• Collect past-due payments while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Resolve billing questions and payment discrepancies.
• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain aging reports.
• Work closely with our accounting and operations teams.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in accounts receivable, collections, bookkeeping, or customer service.
• Confident and professional phone skills.
• Comfortable discussing outstanding balances with customers.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with QuickBooks, ServiceTitan, or similar software is a plus.
• Someone who takes initiative and follows through.
