Pay:Hourly rate, paid bi-weekly on Friday
Department/Location:Accounting – Pigeon Forge, TN
Reports To:Corporate Senior Accountant


PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To administer all Accounts Receivable for the Tennessee operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process accounts receivable billings, cash applications, and collections of aged receivables, and issue monthly reports and statements.
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
Must get along well with fellow employees and maintain a professional business relationship at all times.
Must work at a rapid pace.
Must help in other areas/departments as requested by management.
Must maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
1–3 years of accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or accounting experience preferred.
Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and basic accounting principles.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential financial information.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and data entry.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
