Accounts Receivable Clerk

Position Details:

• Location: Full-Time-In the Jackson, MI Corporate Office
• Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am.-5:00pm. (Overtime as needed)
• Wage: Starting at $15.50 per hr.

Day to Day:

• Accurate and timely data entry
• Process incoming payments while verifying information is correct
• Document management, problem resolution, and solve administrative issues with customers
• Providing support over the phone and email for customers and employees
• Research, resolve and update contracts and issues
• Prepare reports and balance accounts
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Excellent attendance record
• Recent Accounts Receivable experience 
• Accounting software knowledge (QuickBooks, Peachtree, NetSuite, etc.) 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic, integrity, and values
