Now Hiring: Full-Time Accounts Receivable Assistant (Day Shift)

Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable professional with a background in skilled nursing facility billing? Join our dedicated team at Bethany Rehabilitation & Health Care Center and help support the financial operations that allow us to provide exceptional care to our residents.

Position: Accounts Receivable Assistant

Schedule:

• Full-Time | Day Shift

• Monday – Friday

• 1 weekend per month

• Manager on Duty (MOD) responsibilities: approximately 2 evenings per month

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accounts receivable for a skilled nursing facility

• Process and track Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Private Pay billing

• Follow up on outstanding claims and unpaid balances

• Reconcile resident accounts and resolve billing discrepancies

• Communicate with residents, families, and insurance providers regarding billing

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

• Assist with month-end A/R reporting and collections

• Serve as MOD during scheduled evening shifts

Qualifications

✔ Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
✔ Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing processes
✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the administrative team
✔ Proficiency with billing software and Microsoft Office
