Supervisory Responsibilities:

The position does not have supervisory responsibility.   

Responsibilities & Duties:

·        Cash application; post payments on customer accounts including cash, check, ach and wire payments

·        Monitor and fix daily invoice exceptions

·        Complete new customer credit applications

·        Help with collection of past due customer accounts

·        Maintain and organize the customer database

·        Produce and mail/email customer account statements monthly

·        Process and manage customer claims, track tracers and proof of payment

·        Support internal customers, customer service and sales team

·        Effectively resolve customer questions and concerns in a timely manner

·        Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience/Qualifications:

·        Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

Skills & Abilities:

·        Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other related software

Physical Demands:
