Accounts Receivable Associate (INT)

Rural Roads Health Services (RRHS) is actively seeking applicants for an Integrated Accounts Receivable Associate position in the Finance and Payroll Department.

The primary location for this position is: Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital and Alexandra Hospital Ingersoll

Position Summary:

Under the general direction of the Manager, Finance, the Accounts Receivable Associate manages the accounts receivable function of both hospitals.

Qualifications Required:

• Post-Secondary certificate with emphasis on clerical and business training or equivalent is required
• Minimum of two years' experience in a similar position is required.
• Experience with HRCM is required.
• Hospital accounts receivable experience would be an asset.
• Knowledge of general accounting processes relating to reconciliation of accounts and journal entries.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Flexible and able to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a positive contributor to the team.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, customer service and problem-solving skills.

Other pertinent conditions:

• Salary per the Non-union salary schedule ($29.48 per hour to $34.48 per hour)
