What We Offer:

About the Role:

Assists in processing billing for Hotel guests and group functions. Answer general guest/group inquiries, disputes, and billing reconciliations. Assists in tasks necessary at end of month to complete monthly close process.

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.

Qualifications:

Education:

Any other combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. High school graduate or equivalent required. Some college preferred.

Experience:

Finance and Accounts Receivable experience preferred. Some work experience in related field required. Large, luxury resort properties (over 500 rooms) experience is preferred.

Licenses and Certificates:

None required.
