About the Role

Underground Systems is hiring an organized, detail-oriented AR & Safety Specialist in Buford, GA. This on-site role bridges financial data entry and core safety compliance. You will manage full-cycle invoicing while overseeing OSHA training tracking, PPE inventories, and our certified "Drugs Don't Work" program.

What You'll Do (Essential Duties)

• Accounts Receivable: Review Work Reporting Sheets (WRS) and field logs. Apply correct billing codes, process weekly invoicing via QuickBooks/Square/CATEE, and manage collections outreach.
• Safety & OSHA Compliance: Coordinate and document annual OSHA training (meetings, videos, quizzes). Conduct incident reporting as needed.
• PPE Inventory: Track, inspect, and issue field gear via the Syndustry Inventar platform to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drugs Don't Work Program: Publish monthly certified drug-free training modules and maintain all employee participation logs.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in full-cycle Accounts Receivable or bookkeeping. (Construction billing or safety tracking is a major plus!)
• Education: High school diploma/GED required; degree in Accounting, Business, or Safety preferred.
• Software: Advanced QuickBooks and MS Excel skills. Proficient with Google Workspace; ability to quickly learn CATEE and Syndustry Inventar.
• Environment: Primarily office-based with a computer terminal; must be able to lift up to 25 lbs of paperwork/PPE inventory.
