JOB SUMMARY

The Accounts Receivable and Payments Analyst focuses on agency and carrier receivables & customer payments, while being able to perform other daily tasks and support the team as needed. This function is the primary point of contact for agency and carrier invoicing queries, as well as merchant services contacts. Works closely with the Services team, Finance and external contacts such as agencies, carriers, banks and merchant services.

JOB DUTIES

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

3+ years accounts receivables experience 

Ability to work collaboratively with peers and cross-functionally within the company 

Extensive working knowledge of the accounts receivable cycle. 

Ability to gather and analyze operating metrics associated with the AR process and provide meaningful feedback and suggestions for process improvement 

Highly motivated, deadline driven, and ability to communicate effectively 

Must have excellent communications skills (verbally and in writing) 

Strong computer skills with analytical platforms such as Excel

EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE

Bachelor degree in an associated area or comparable experience required.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

However, it’s essential for candidates to understand that the standard expectations is to work onsite. 

Office environment Mon-Fri, between the hours of 8 A.M to 5 P.M 

The position may require occasional travel for continuing education, training or support
