Leaky’s is growing in both Lubbock and San Antonio, and we need someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and good at following through. This position will mainly work inside ServiceTitan, our field service software.
This is not a QuickBooks-heavy position. Invoices and payment batches will be exported for our bookkeeping team to upload into QuickBooks.
Main Responsibilities
Estimates & Invoicing
- Prepare and send estimates in ServiceTitan using technician notes and office input
- Create and send invoices for completed work
- Make sure labor, material, and other charges are included correctly
- Confirm job details with the office or field team before billing when needed
- Track open invoices and customer payments in ServiceTitan
- Follow up on past-due invoices in a friendly, professional way
- Help resolve customer billing questions
- Export invoice and payment batches for the bookkeeping team
- Keep billing records organized in ServiceTitan and internal folders
- Produce weekly AR reports
- Cross-check bank deposits with ServiceTitan payments
- 2+ years of experience in billing, AR, estimating, or invoicing
- Home service, construction, plumbing, or HVAC experience is a plus
- ServiceTitan experience is a big plus
