What You Will Do
• Lead the daily Accounts Receivable and billing operation across Retail, Commercial, Cabinets, Builder Relations, and Design Studio accounts.• Manage invoicing, collections, aging, and month-end activities, and ensure billing accuracy before invoices reach customers.
• Prepare Accounts Receivable forecasts and give leadership clear visibility into cash flow.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, training materials, and workflow documentation.
• Train, coach, and mentor Accounts Receivable team members and support their growth.
• Manage the billing lifecycle for Commercial Projects, including lien waivers, and coordinate collections.
• Partner across Accounting, Sales, Order Entry, Installers, Warranty, and Commercial Operations to keep billing accurate and on time.
What We Are Looking For
• Five or more years of Accounts Receivable or billing experience, including supervisory or lead responsibility.• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel; construction, fabrication, or project-based billing experience is a strong plus.
• Solid knowledge of invoicing, collections, aging management, and month-end close.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to improve processes and lead a team.
• A dependable home office with reliable high-speed internet and availability during Eastern Time business hours.
