Description

The Government Accounts Analyst, under the direction of the Government Assistant Director, will have exposure to all facets of PFS systems and operations, and will function as an advisor to the team and its leadership. Provides quantitative analytic support, problem-solving, and financial reporting as a seasoned, experienced professional. Demonstrates solid subject matter knowledge and exercises judgement within defined policies and procedures, and management guidance, to determine appropriate action.

Interfaces directly with PFS Leadership teams to proactively research, identify, communicate, and aid in the resolution of operational and government payor-related trends impacting Accounts Receivable (AR) and overall Revenue Cycle operations.

Functions with a high degree of autonomy with full understanding of all components of the Revenue Cycle and Government payor billing regulations and reimbursement practices. Completes complex projects of diverse scope and/or portions of large projects.
