Accounts Receivable Admin

As a Patient Account Receivable Specialist, you will: 

• Create reports regarding patients' expected payment amounts. 
• Maintain and work with collections. 
• Work with patients around outstanding balances and explain the process to them. 
• Sort incoming and outgoing mail. 
• Review ledgers for patients. 
• Work directly with Financial Director to create processes and roll out processes around patient financial support. 
• Maintain SpringCreek’s mission and vision toward patient care 
• Other duties as seen needed by members of leadership and patient needs 

You will be a great fit for Patient Account Receivable if you have: 

• 1-2 years of private practice front desk experience 
• Previous experience with medical billing and coding is a plus 
• Experience working in an OB/GYN, plastic surgeon, chiropractic, or dermatology office is a plus. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills are required to communicate with departments, employees, physicians, managers, patients, and insurance company. 
• Strong oral and written communication skills, independent worker, detailed-oriented, computer savvy. 
• High level of customer service essential 

Benefits and pay for this role: 

• Range of pay: $17.50 - $19.50 per hour paid bi-weekly
