R Transport, Inc. is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Specialists to join our growing team at our Tacoma, WA office!

These positions supports vendor payments, invoice processing, reconciliations, and day to day accounting operations in a fast paced transportation environment.

Position Details:

Pay - $25.00 to $31.00 per hour - DOE

Schedule - Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)

Occasional overtime as needed

Qualifications:

AR & AP Invoice processing experience required

Strong organizational and communication skills

QuickBooks accounting software experience required

Transportation or trucking experience is a plus
