- Minimum one year Accounting or Bookkeeping experience
- Experience with computerized accounting system is required
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must possess initiative to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision
- Accuracy and attention to detail are imperative
- Cash Receipts - Making deposits, verifying accounts, record receipts in Accounting Software System
- Computes, verifies, and prepares monthly statements and billing for multiple companies
- Responsible for multiple companies customer calls, processing complaints, corrections, collections, etc.
- Maintain Customer files
- Incumber will be responsible for understanding and complying with company EMS policies and procedures in the performance of their job duties.
- Report all environmental issues immediately to their supervisor.
- Read and understand the company's emergency notification process and will be responsible for reviewing that policy at their work site.
- Performs other duties as defined by manager.
- Level determined by experience and additional duties.
- Stoop, Stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 pounds while moving files
- Must be able to read and write
- Utilize desk top computer to perform job functions
- Utilize telephone for communications with internal and external customers
- Sit or Stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to perform repetitive motion
- File in standard file cabinets
