About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team in Raleigh, NC.
Accepted Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of accounting/accounts payable experience
Preferred Education Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Business Administration/Accounting
- 3+ years of accounting/accounts payable experience
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and ensure timely and accurate payment
- Reconcile accounts and maintain the general ledger
- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues
- Assist with month-end close and journal entries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
