Program Overview

Supports Federal financial management operations through accounts payable processing, grants support, reconciliations, customer service, and audit readiness.

Position Overview

Processes grants-related financial transactions, banking requests, user access, entity registration, reconciliations, and customer inquiries while ensuring compliance with Federal financial requirements.

Core Responsibilities

• Process grant payments, journal vouchers, ACH and wire transactions.
• Research banking requests, user access, entity registrations, and account inquiries.
• Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Maintain accounting records and audit documentation.
• Support Customer Liaison and Accounting operations.
• Apply Federal accounting practices and internal controls.
• Use Microsoft Office and financial systems daily.

Minimum Qualifications

• One year of accounts payable or financial operations experience (or three years in a similar AP role).
• Knowledge of accounting practices, reconciliations, and documentation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Federal financial management or grants experience.
• Experience with banking requests, reconciliations, and audit support.
• Experience using financial systems and ticketing platforms.
