To ensure timely payments and accurate record-keeping that contribute to the overall efficiency and stability of the company’s financial operations. Job Responsibilities
- Verify, process, and record invoices to ensure they match purchase orders and receipts.
- Schedule payments through check, ACH, or wire transfer to uphold financial commitments.
- Maintain vendor profiles, including contact information, W-9s, payment terms, and payment methods.
- Assist with performing check runs.
- Approve and process expense reports in alignment with company policy.
- Review and resolve payment disputes with vendors.
- Request vendor statements to ensure accurate records between companies.
- Assist with internal inquiries or data requests related to audits and branch requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 1–3 years of accounts payable experience or relevant college coursework.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (listening, verbal, and written).
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to learn Baseplan software.
- Higher-level computer skills, including experience with AI tools, preferred.
- Strong analytical ability to tick and tie.
