Property Management Company – Santa Ana, CA (Near 55 Fwy & Dyer Rd) Full-Time | On-Site | $30 per hour (DOE)

We are a well-established property management company seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our corporate office in Santa Ana. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week, on-site position. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and takes pride in producing accurate work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, process, and enter vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Verify approvals, coding, and supporting documentation
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain AP files and records in accordance with company procedures
• Support the accounting team with data entry and administrative tasks as needed including online/phone payments
• Communicate professionally with property managers, vendors, and coworkers

Qualifications

Required:

• Strong data-entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Excellent typing, communication, and organizational skills
• Reliable, responsible work habits and stable work history

Preferred:

• Previous accounts payable experience
• Some college coursework or accounting-related education

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $30 per hour (based on experience and anticipated performance)
• Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly with direct deposit
