Position at loanDepotPosition Summary: The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for processing payments of vendor invoices and rush check requests.Responsibilities:
- Review and validate invoices submitted via Concur
- Assign invoices to appropriate approvers
- Research and resolve any coding errors
- Work with business units, branches, and vendors to obtain any additional information needed
- Obtain W9 from vendors
- Liaise with the vendor management team whenever required
- Respond to inquiries from internal employees, business units, and vendors on invoice and payment statuses
- Experience with Accounts Payable
- Experience using Accounting Software such as AMB, Concur, etc.
- Experience in the Mortgage industry preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar field
- Full time onsite role based in Irvine, CA
