Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable position is high volume work with a requirement for high accuracy. The position consists of the below but is not limited to these itemsResponsibilities include:Book miscellaneous journal entriesSet up vendors as neededProcess weekly A/P draws & Monthly A/P AuditsMail ChecksRequest missing vendor informationScan checks via desktop depositsCreate and submit replacement reserve draw packetsScan replacement reserve draw packetsVarious accounting tasksExperience:Bank reconciliation experience on a corporate or commercial level is preferredAccounts Payable experience preferred but not requiredVery detailed orientedBe able to multi-taskBe a self-starter
