Accounts Payable Specialist

Fast Paced company located in Jacksonville, IL is seeking a knowledgeable Staff Accountant to join our team.

The right candidate will possess the ability to work independently, have strong organizational and communication skills, and be able to multitask while meeting deadlines.

Qualified candidates should have a degree in accounting, or 5 years experience in the field.

Compensation is commiserate with experience.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Bank Account Reconciliation
• Maintenance of balance sheet and general ledger accounts
• Insurance Entry and Review
• Manage Mortgage and Property Tax Payments
• Internal Audit Functions
• Other jobs as assigned
