Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist - Los Angeles, CA (On-Site)

Location: Los Angeles, CA (In-office, Monday-Friday)

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage invoice processing, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong accounting fundamentals, data analysis skills, and experience with QuickBooks and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions, including invoices, payments, reconciliations, and adjustments
• Maintain accurate records for in-transit inventory, expense reimbursements, and real estate accounting
• Review and analyze financial data and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Support monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation
• Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues efficiently
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial operations
• Perform additional accounting analysis and reporting duties as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or financial analysis
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
