What You'll Be Doing
- Processing invoices accurately and on time (you keep things moving)
- Managing vendor relationships and fielding questions
- Reconciling statements and resolving discrepancies
- Keeping approvals and documentation organized
- Assisting with month-end close
- Bringing structure and clarity to the day-to-day
