Accounts Payable Specialist

Examinetics is hiring a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team! This is a full-time position located at our corporate office in Overland Park, KS.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Open invoices, receive approval, and code for entry into Navision.
• Enter invoices in Navision.
• Enter and post weekly expense reports.
• Prepare weekly proposed check run for management approval.
• Assure all vendor payments are made when due.
• Reconcile large vendor billings. 
• Prepare employee advance agreements.
• Print vendor and expense checks.
• Respond to vendor inquiries.
• Update various analysis spreadsheets.
• Various end-of-month assignments.

Job Requirements:

Education and/or Experience:

• Minimum three (3) years Accounting or Payable experience.
• Associates degree preferred in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience with Navision or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus. 

Skills & Abilities:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel. Experience with Navision or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook).
